Where is my access code?
We provide various types of codes. If your code is a digital code and you purchased it at a register please follow the instructions in this video. If your code is a digital code and you purchased online please follow the instructions in this video.. If the type is inclusive access please go to your first day of class to receive instructions from your instructor. The last code type we offer is a physical access code. You should receive either a physical card or envelope with your order. Please follow the instructions on the card or in the envelope.

We have instructional access code videos located under the student resources page on our website. Click on either instore or online link depending on access code purchase location.

Please email [email protected] and provide your receipt date, transaction number, Student ID number and brief summary explaining why the code is no longer needed. We will then look into your purchase and work with the Publisher to see if your access code is returnable.
