Shipping Information and Policy

All orders are shipped via Fedex though the Madison College Bookstore. Please make sure to include all information requested to prevent delay in shipment or cancellation of your order.

Time Frame for locations pick up orders:

For orders placed Monday through Thursday, allow 24 hours for us to process the order
For orders placed Friday through Sunday, allow until Tuesday morning for processing

Orders being picked up at:
Looking to pickup your books at the Truax Bookstore? Just come into the Truax Bookstore during open hours. The online option is not available for the Truax location. 

Goodman South and Commercial Avenue: Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the time you receive the pickup confirmation email (following regular business hours)

Regional locations:  Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the time you receive the pickup confirmation email (following regular business hours).

Note: During the start of each semester we strive to have online orders delivered to all Madison College locations within 3 business days from the time you receive your digital receipt. 

Shipping Rates:

Fedex Ground

Flat Rate of $10 per order (includes a rental textbook return label with rental material order)

There is an additional $10 shipping fee for Biology lab kit.

International Shipping via University Express Mail Service (UEMS)

Rates vary.

After you place your order via the Bookstore website you will need to go to UEMS and schedule and pay for your order to be shipped. Your order will not be shipped until we receive an email from UEMS of payment and scheduled pickup.
