Welcome to the fall semester
It's time to start thinking about the start of the fall semester. As we continue to focus on heath and safety, we have made some adjustments on how to receive your course materials for the fall 2021 semester:
Ordering-
Student are encouraged to order all materials on our website. This is being put into place to ensure safe ordering and delivery or both students and staff. We can ship your materials to you (for free through September 10th), or you can pick them up at any Madison College campus. Fall books are ready to order!
Through September 3rd - In-store services will be available at Truax by appointment only. If you would like to make an in-store appointment, please email the Bookstore at bookstore@madisoncollege.edu
Through September 10th

-Free shipping on all orders placed on the bookstore website. We recommend you order early to ensure your course materials arrive for the start of the semester.

-Free pickup is available on orders placed on the bookstore website. You will receive an email when your order is ready. That email will include a link to a pickup information page. You can select the pickup location for more information on pickup at that location.
Note that the Truax Curbside Pickup moved and will be at Straubel Street (Look for 3100 Straubel St. Madison, WI in Maps/GPS). Students will not need to enter the Truax building.
Semester Store Hours-
Beginning September 7th, The Truax Bookstore will be open for walk-in services and order pick up.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
**These hours will remain through the fall 2021 semester.
Summer Textbook Rental Returns-
Through August 20th - Summer rental textbooks return period. Return your books by August 20th to avoid a fee.
Through August 27th - A late fee of $20 per book will be placed on your student account if they are returned by August 27th. You can return them at any of our Textbook Drop Boxes or return them to us via mail.

Fort Atkinson at the front entrance
Goodman South at the front entrance
Portage at the front entrance
Reedsburg at the front entrance
Watertown at the front entrance
After August 27th - If rental books are not returned by August 27th, your student account will be charged with the full replacement cost of the book, and they will no longer be accepted for a return.
